Responsibilities:
Assist candidates with the hiring process which includes, but not limited to their application, background check, and new hire onboarding Daily auditing and administrative tasks related to the pre-employment onboarding process Assist in facilitating new hire orientations as well as hiring events (virtually & onsite) Maintain effective communication with candidates, recruiting team, and business partners Assist recruiters at community engagement events to attract and process candidates All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned Availability to be onsite Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
High School diploma Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Customer focused, energetic and dependable Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Demonstrated ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate level experience with Word and Excel, including charts, pivots, and filters Experience handling confidential information and documentation Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer support, ideally, in an environment that interacts with large groups of personnel at one time Experience multitasking and prioritizing requirements in a fast-paced, quickly changing, and highly ambiguous environment Flexibility to work in individual capacity as well as a team Comfortable working with minimal supervision Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English) Tryouts are open at Fanatics!
