The Client Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for client's daily distribution activities. This position is responsible for timely resolution of client inquires and problems as well as monitoring overall activity flow and service levels to ensure that RxCrossroads is effectively servicing the client's account.
Serve as primary point of contact for client's daily distribution activities, including commercial distribution, order status, clinical trials distribution, sampling fulfillment and marketing materials fulfillment.
Interface with RxCrossroads personnel to handle client requests and resolve problems. Follow up with internal personnel on open client requests to insure resolution. Escalate client issues to RxCrossroads Management as appropriate.
Document service deviations. Ensure timely and thorough investigation and resolution to deviations. Communicate resolution to client personnel.
Participates in client review meetings. Provides input as appropriate. Ensures completion of action items resulting from client meetings.
Answer inbound telephone calls in RxCrossroads Call Center.
Receives after-hours emergency calls from client.

Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Internal/External Contact: The Client Account Specialist will be in continuous contact with executives and managers of the client as well as with members of the RxCrossroads management staff as required to complete the job requirements successfully. Must be able to communicate effectively with whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.
Minimum Education Required: High School
Minimum Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years experience in customer service.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required (except where noted as preferred): Ability to listen, express ideas clearly both written and oral communications. Ability to enter data accurately. Ability to handle multiple tasks well. Ability to facilitate resolution of client issues
Physical Requirements: Ability to correctly input data into the computer. Able to communicate effectively whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
